Type your name in a handwriting style or draw it. It's saved, so next time it's one click: place, drag, resize. How it works
Type into fields, tick boxes, pick options. Forms are saved without being rewritten, so they keep working everywhere. More
Apple's on-device text recognition turns scans into PDFs you can search and copy. One file or a whole folder. More
Rotate, reorder by dragging thumbnails, insert pages from another file, delete pages.
Works offline. No account, no cloud, no tracking inside the app. The only network request checks your licence key.

Type it or draw it once with your trackpad. Stillpage remembers it, and you can add today's date or a check mark with one click.
On PDFs that already carry a digital signature, your additions go in as annotations on top of the signed file rather than a rewrite, so in our tests the original signature still validates.
Drop in contracts, receipts or letters. Stillpage reads them with Apple's text recognition, on your Mac, and saves searchable copies next to the originals or into a folder you choose. Pages that already have text are left alone.

No. Everything runs on your Mac, including text recognition, which uses Apple's on-device Vision framework. The only time Stillpage connects to the internet is to check your licence key with Gumroad, our store; it sends the key and nothing else.
No. You pay $29 once and keep it. That covers every version of Stillpage, including future ones, with no upgrade fees. A licence works on up to 3 of your Macs.
You get it free. Your licence covers all versions of Stillpage, now and later. We will never ask you to pay again to keep using the app you bought.
Yes. Download the free trial and use every feature for 14 days. After that you can still open and read PDFs; saving and the batch tools need a licence.
If it isn't right for you, reply to your receipt email within 14 days for a full refund.
macOS 14 Sonoma or later, on Apple silicon and Intel Macs. The app is signed and notarized by Apple.
Stillpage adds your signature, text and form entries to the file instead of rewriting it, which is designed to leave an existing digital signature intact. On our signed test files, an independent validator still reported the original signature as valid afterwards; viewers will show that the document was changed after signing, and documents certified to allow no changes at all will flag any addition. Moving, rotating or deleting pages always breaks a digital signature, and Stillpage warns you before saving such a change.
